Great service! I called to ask that they include horseradish mustard pkts since you can't order them on the app (hear me doordash or white castle), which they never usually do. Everything I ordered was great. Great job WC at South and Illinois!!

Incredibly poor service, I received 2 out of 10 sliders and 6 of 20 chicken rings from my order. Fries and rings were ice cold. Choose any place else.

The order was first sent incomplete and then when it got here the buns were stuck to the box because they had been sitting. I have been eating Castles for over 40 years and this was VERY disappointing. The fries were fine, nothing exciting. The soda was perfect.
