The chicken was really good fried and baked/roasted. The rice was also good Seasoned well and fresh!!
The fries were HORRIBLE cold and ..... I just cant!! Never knew of a way to destroy a fried potato ??!?
. If not for the fries they wouldve got a 5!!!!

Chicken is always great there but this time it was a bit dry and seemed like it was cooked a while before serving.

First time order this. Loved the chicken though a little too much lime flavor for me. I will order again. The beans had a great flavor but too spicy for me. Guacamole is great but would be better with tortilla chips.

I was very disappointed with my order from Pollo Campero. I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal and paid extra for an additional chicken breast, which cost almost $4. Unfortunately, the extra breast was missing from my order. I also ordered tortillas, and those were not included either.
I paid for items that I never received, which is frustrating, especially when ordering through a delivery service. I enjoy Pollo Campero’s food, but this experience was disappointing. Please pay closer attention to orders to make sure customers receive everything they paid for.
