my Reg Potato Waffers® were really hard, and you taste nothing but old grease. my Reg Romanburger® smelled burned but didn't taste burned. it was also too greasy. barely any lettuce on it. had no tomatoes. it was as flat as a pancake. the LG Cheddar Cheese Sauce was tasteless. Overall, I would not order from here again

The burger patties were not cooked well. Charred on the outside pinkish on the inside. Seemed to be cooked quickly on very hot flat top packaged and sent out. Won't be ordering from here for a while. The one restaurant in East Cleveland that I can count on to be consistent with the food quality but not today.

very happy with Medium Hot Buttered Cheesesteak™ BTE (1448 calories) was still very hot and bread was extremely soft 😋 no need for a large the medium is very filling. Definitely would order again.

my Reg Loaded Tater Tots were not full like they usually be n my bacon was burnt...it usually doesn't come like this, it looked like three 5 tots in there like it was for a baby
