OOOMMMGGG! I ordered the Diaspora Delight! The salmon was cooked to perfection! The jollof rice, greens, and pickled red onions were absolutely delicious. But those buffalo Brussels sprouts are the best that I've had. The Island Garlic Shrimp, is chef’s kiss! To wash it all down, I ordered the Rose Lemonade! Yummmmy! The portions were more than enough. UCFK, I'll see you SOON!!!

There are no misses on this menu. The flavor balance is perfect. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes are perfect. It's giving Ch*ptle who? I've had a good portion of their menu. I'd eat this everyday for the rest of my life if could.

The Diaspora Delight was AMAZING! Very fresh food! I would definitely order again. It seemed small at first, but it definitely filled me up. I had some left over for after work. It really hit the spot!
