I LOVE this spot. Owner/staff are very friendly, cute space. I always combine both Ube/pandan foam on my coffee. When you can't decide...get BOTH is how I see it. Never limit what the heart desires => Any choice on the menu is delicious it'll just depends on what you're feeling for the day! I'm here multiple time a week!

This place was very clean, friendly, efficient, and fairly high-quality.
The boba tea tastes extremely fresh, and well made.
I will say it is a bit expensive and has terrible parking.
But overall 9.5/10 would go here again!

Every time I've gotten anything from here the Banana Coffee, Tropical Hibiscus plus more it has been amazing 10 stars! My favorite place to get coffee or tea!
