The regular Philly pretzel was good, Im disappointed with the pretzel dog :-( outer pretzel shell was very hard in the hotdog part could’ve been cooked better or longer. It was not impressed with the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites, they were also very hard. Really really really wanted to love this place because I lived in Philadelphia for a while.

I was really excited to try this because I heard they were better than auntie Anne's but my pretzels were super hard and not good at all.
