I love this place, the food is good and reasonably priced. I just wish they would add allergy information to the menu items. Some brands of ingredients don't have certain allergens in them, so one might not expect the dish at a restaurant to have that allergen. For example, most kimchi ive come across is gluten free. Jj's isnt . I have accidentally ordered toppings (at additional cost) that I couldn't eat. I put my allergy information in the request box (thank you for actually allowing it. I cant eat at 90% of places just because i cant tell them i have an allergy in the first place). They do package them separately, which I greatly appreciate, to avoid cross contamination. It would be nice to avoid the waste (food, one use plastic containers, money) in the first place. So I give 5 stars because the food is so good, and in the end I can at least eat the food when it gets here. Most other places just dump it all together when this situation arises, contaminating the entire dish.

I create my own medium and it I think it's perfect for one. It was super delicious and the right amount of protein. I will be coming back for more. I ordered at 12:45 and it said it would be done at 130 but ended up getting done 10 min early which is great.

Best poke I can find in Minnesota!! I'm wholly dedicated to authentic poke from Hawaii. Simple, flavorful, melt in your mouth. Poke from SoCal is a close second with their fun add-on ingredients. In Minne, it's hard to find stores that do it all correctly. Well, JJ's does!!! 10/10 reco

This location is amazing! 10/10. I always get a small or medium "make your own bowl" with white rice, tofu, kimchi, cucumber, edamame, crab and squid. I also always get either the Gyoza or Shumai appetizers. Very delicious!
