This place is really good. I got the Korean steak bowl with kale slaw, broccoli and sweet potatoes with the Korean sauce. I also got the chicken bites with the avocado sauce. The sauces are what makes it next level. Sooo good. I put both of the sauces in my bowl and man it was the perfect balance of all the flavors together. Sweet, savory... definitely keeping this in my rotation

Good food, but needs improvement on accuracy and customer service
First, note that Moonbowl is a ghost kitchen, not a traditional restaurant — so don’t expect a sit-down experience. That said, the Crispy Cauliflower Salad tastes absolutely amazing, and the flavor really delivers.
However, my order was missing the avocado I paid for — a frustrating oversight that’s hard to overlook when you’re spending $21.82 on a salad.
What really stood out (not in a good way) was the interaction at pickup regarding utensils. There’s no option to request utensils anywhere in the app, and when I asked the staff member, he actually claimed it was against the law to give any out. Not only was that explanation baffling, but he also ignored my attempt to show him there was no option in the app — only to turn around and hand me utensils anyway. A little common sense and basic customer service goes a long way. If you’re going to run a ghost kitchen, at least make sure the pickup experience isn’t this confusing and dismissive.
The food itself has potential, but these operational issues need serious attention.

The Chili Crunch Cucumbers are nice and spicy, and very fresh.
The Steak Bowl is delicious but could use more steak.
The creamy sesame dressing is so yummy. For sure eating here again

It's a very flavorful pineapple is really good and fresh so that cucumbers the sweet potato noodles don't even taste like sweet potato. The ball wasn't cold, but I don't mind it because I don't really care for hot food so to me it was perfect. I would definitely get that again. Pretty good portion size.

It was a good bowl overall, lots of nutrients and tasted really good with the sauce! I just wish that there was a little bit of a bigger meat portion for the price of the bowl. Also make sure to specify if you would like utensils because mine didn't come with any.
