First time eating Zaxbys I'm honestly impressed the chicken fingers are quite succulent and crispy simultaneously they are also pretty well sized and the garlic buffalo sauce and ranch are some of the best around 10/10 would order again

the salad was completely wilted and obviously not fresh. The bacon was not fully cooked either. Nothing in the salad was decent quality except for the cheese and chicken.

ordered the funnel cake it was disgusting. the appearance was terrible and the quality the taste was horrible. it tastes like they made it last week and when I asked about it the manager said it should be eaten within 5 to 10 minutes. what she should have told me that I was at the drive-thru
