The cookies were nice and soft. Over the time i'v bought cookies from here they were nice and soft when they first opened then some other person changed the recipe and made them hard and unbearable to eat but now they are that nice soft and gooey cookie that is worth the price. Glad they changed it back

Ridiculously overpriced for very bready cookies. Bland chocolate chips. Overall disappointing. On par with low grade super market cookies.

I’m a regular customer and recently ordered cookies through DoorDash from the Oceanside location. Unfortunately, the cookies I received were extremely hard—honestly impossible to eat.
I called the store to let them know, expecting at least some acknowledgment or apology. Instead, the employee I spoke with (Laylah) didn’t apologize and said the recipe had changed and that the owner wants the cookies to be hard. That response was both surprising and disappointing.
I’ve always enjoyed your cookies in the past, which is why this experience stood out so much. If this is truly the new standard, it’s not something I’d order again.
