Called the store because I noticed a cookie I wanted wasnt in the DoorDash option so the person I talked to was so kind. Was having a rough day & this made me smile. 10/10 cookie and workers!!!!

The middle was unbaked and doughy, not just soft or gooey. I even refrigerated it overnight to confirm it wasn’t just warm, and it was still clearly raw the next day. They refuse refunds do not eat here.
