Everything I have tried here has been good but the Smoked Salmon Croissant is hands down my favorite thing on the menu. The balance between the flaky pastry, the fresh cream, the umami of the salmon and the acidity of the pickled onion is perfection. It's a shame it's not really available in the afternoon as it would be perfect for lunch. On the sweet side, the Almond Croissant is a true standout; so much almond flavor! So is the Pistachio Lattice. Yum! I also really loved the Beauty Cake with the lemon and blueberry filling as it's not too sweet and the texture is lovely . The tahini croissant is interesting but a bit too sweet for me. All in all, love this bakery and so happy to have them on our street.
