I don't have celiacs, but find I feel better without gluten. I inadvertently selected the gluten allergy option when ordering, and selected an item that isn't gluten free. They called to let me know the item isn't gluten free, but I wasn't able to answer. The order arrived with a handwritten note warning me of the item AND a free gluten-free item in case I'm not able to eat the one I ordered. That's the definition of above and beyond custome service.

Paid just over $80 for under cooked eggs and toast with no butter. Paid for extra sauce and didn't get it. Poor experience compared to eating at the restaurant. Never will order delivery again
