As someone who has had authentic middle-eastern food, this is as good as it gets. Definitely is *THE* spot in Bellingham for middle-eastern food! Will definitely be ordering again (The Chicken Shawarma was *phenomenal) and the Baklava (4 Pieces) was legit (I like Turkish Baklava, which is usually done with pistachios, and they did them right)

The best way to describe everything we ate is that the food reminds me of a LaCroix...there is just a *whisperrr* of flavor. If you closed your eyes you would second guess what the hummus might be - everything is just very bland. Has the bones to be good but definitely a miss for $65 total for my husband and I.
FYI - the baklava is tiny

Chicken Sish Kebab is good. Everything else is very low quality and rather bland. Beef & Lamb Shawarma is half gristle (see photo). The pita is four small triangles that look like hardtack and taste like napkins. Not worth the money.

The best restaurant I have gone to in a long time! Everything was so good and the ingredients were so fresh
