Chicken Shawarma Wrap delivered hot in one nicely grilled piece, about 18" long! Tang + crunch of pickle was esp delightful. These fries really are incredible & toum (like aioli) is the perfect foil. Hummus silky lux and pita fresh. Oh! The slaw w/pickled turnips! Mouth watering memories. My first lamb kofta - and the bright rice is tender and delicious. Can't wait for dessert next time!
