The Pad Kee Mao with Ground Wagyu Beef is great, like everything else from Holy Shred. It's just spicy enough, and the flavors all balance instead of one overpowering another. It's a large portion, with lots of meat, for a decent price.
The problem is that I couldn't order it from Holy Shred. It's on their flyers, it's available when you order in person—but on DoorDash, instead of adding the new menu items to the existing Holy Shred listing, they created a whole fake second restaurant called "PadPad".
We wanted to get a pad thai and a pad kee mao, but that's impossible, because Holy Shred's menu doesn't include one and PadPad's doesn't include the other. And I'm certainly not going to place two separate orders, doubling the fees and tip and probably getting them half an hour apart, to get two different dishes from the same restaurant.
I would love to be able to order this Holy Shred dish from the actual Holy Shred listing. But I will not be ordering it again from PadPad.
