The Paneer Tikka Masala was excellent, and the Mild spice level was just spicy enough. The size of the portion was generous. I also enjoyed the Rose Lassi, a yogurt smoothie with rose flavor, though the smoothie was small for the price.

The food was incredible! Chicken in the Butter Chicken was very moist, not dried out like other places. We ordered three different spice levels and all were perfect!!

I've lived - on and off - in Bethlehem for more than 50 years, and Nawab has ALWAYS been one of my - and my family's - very favorite places. As usual, no matter how hard I try, I have too much for one meal for one person, so I'll put it away for tonight's meal.

The best Indian food in the valley. Chicken tikka masala is immaculate- creamy smooth sauce, chunks of white chicken, perfectly done rice. Large portions. Meat samosas are savory abd delicious.
