I have been looking for chilaquiles lIke at The Sheratonmarieisabella in Mexico City for a few years. The Chilaquiles from Chancla come theclosest that Ihave found. This was anextremely tadtypical and flavorful meal. I loved spices that they use and the chopped green chile were the perfect levelof spiciness. I addedcallabacitas and scrambled eggs. The callabacutas were a wonderful hearty cut and the eggs were a fine topper for my protein. This was also 100% gluten free. I will definitely order this again. The Drip Coffee was not deluvered which is too bad because the description sounds wonderful. Hopefully it, too, will come next time.
