We ordered the 12" Steak Classic & 12" Chicken Bacon Cheddar, both with no black pepper & the chicken with no mayo. They both had black pepper & mayo. Why offer special instructions if you aren't going to follow them? This is the first time we've had Bruchi's in a while, for this very reason. The portions also seem much smaller.

Half Pound Fries the fries are REALLY REALLY SALTY I love my 8" Roast Turkey as always but the Half Pound Fries are very salty to even eat

Fries tasted like they had been sitting a while. Cold and old. Sandwich was good but waste of money for fries. Just threw in garbage.
