This vegetable pho was alright! All of the photos show their soups coming with ample amounts of cilantro & green onions, and I've never had pho that didn't come with lime/jalapenos/herbs on the side so not having all of those made a big difference. Not bad at all, but it felt half complete and with vegetarian pho, we really need those additional flavors since we don't get it from meat broth. Only posting this review to hopefully help improve future veggie pho!
