Why can't other restaurants be as competent as Chic-Fil-A? Their policy of requiring their staff to read and follow orders correctly is bar none. Chic-Fil-A is the fast food business with the fewest botched orders of any fast food business on the planet, simply because their leadership isn't promoted based on favoritism, but by performance.

Chick-fil-A® Nuggets Meal, nuggets were like popcorn size, fries cold. Disappointed that I pay for nuggets size and get size of popcorn.
