the Tea tasted like it was from last week, nasty dead tea taste.Fries were cearly made hours prior to my order and stale. didn't get the sauces i requested. Be nice of inot the mayo i asked for my sandwich, which was only ok as it was missing its sauce. Never ordering from this dallas location again. never had this issue from fort worth locations.

We love Chick-fil-A and order or go by often. Although today was such a wonderful experience! I had a pretty terrible day today. When I finally made it home, we decided to order dinner. When it arrived and I opened the bag, I immediately smiled and got teary eyed. After such a rough day there was a little light at the end of the tunnel. Included with our food, we received a sweet note and a chocolate chip cookie. Thank you Northwest Highway location for making my day end on a better note!

There were not tortilla chips or the chile lime pepitas they were missing. Over all the food was great loved it! Would order again but needed those items.
