I ordered catering from Fanoos. The packaging and presentation were neat and professional and included item labels. All of the trays were labeled, making it easy to distinguish between the different types ordered. The Serving Utensils were sturdy and of good quality. The Beef Kebab Wrap Platter was juicy and flavorful and the Baklava was sweet, fresh, and crunchy.

Fanoos was a great call for a working lunch. I ordered 43 boxed lunches for 40 people, chosen over a buffet so people could grab and go into the meeting. Each box had a main (wrap or rice bowl, veg, chicken, or beef), a side (fries or falafel), a dessert (baklava or Turkish delight), sauces in separate containers, and a drink. Boxes came in sturdy double-handle catering bags and were labeled twice, which made sorting easy. I'd love to see more dietary tagging (dairy, gluten, allergens) in the future.
Portions were fair, with about 10 boxes left over, mostly veg (I wasn't sure of the meat vs. veg split). Forks, spoons, and napkins were included, and nothing was missing or wrong. I requested 11:40-12:00 and it arrived right at 12:00, with food at the right temperature and no setup beyond putting the boxes out. The driver brought two wagons and helped me set up exactly how I wanted.
Pricing runs higher than tray-style catering, but the quality, packaging, and food made it great value. I've already recommended it to other EAs and will order again.

The shawarma was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and down-to-earth. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!

I got the salad with beef kebab. The beef kebab was great but the salad was 20-25% thinly sliced onion . It's just too much and there is no way to get the salad with out. They have blocked requests . You would think with a product like onion , they would give an option to not have it .
Look at the picture . That's just the onion I took out . It is not red cabbage .
