Someone forgot the Caesar Salad which was refunded by Dash. The pizza and cannoli were really good

I got pizza from here literally the day before and it was so much better the day before what happened? Pizza felt burnt, crust was tough, not much cheese even though I asked (and paid for) extra cheese. It was included for free yesterday. Today I had to pay- and only after they had to ask the manager FIRST if I was even ALLOWED to pay so they could put extra cheese on to begin with! So I actually paid MORE money for LESS cheese. What a RIP-OFF.

So disappointed... salad is always fresh and crisp but it's so small for over $8. Didn't notice that before so I don't know if they changed the size or I just didn't notice but with combined charges and tip, its not worth it.🥺

I hate that I have to leave a bad review, Potomac pizza is my favorite so I dont know how this happened. Ordered half cheese, half pepperoni large pizza. It arrived barely warm and it looked like someone forgot the cheese and kept it under heat lamp. It was quite dry. This is such a departure from their usual. I contacted door dash and was reimbursed so ordered a replacement... it was nearly identical to first delivery, nothing good about it and it's a $30 pizza. Not dashers fault, he was timely. I'll order again and cross my fingers, hope it's a fluke. 🤞

The Amanda's Original Cheese & Tomato Pizza (16") and Cannoli were both fantastic, but the Spinach Lasagna tasted a bit odd. The seasoning reminded me more of Indian food than Italian, and the noodles were pretty thick.
