Hummingbird Cake is my weakness whenever I go to South Carolina, and I have never found it in Salt Lake. The fact I am so close to this AMAZING version of it may break my diet. It wa exactly what this cake should be. The Vanilla Cake Slice w/ Vanilla Buttercream was dense and delightful while the Classic Banana Pudding was a great texture and flavor.
