• 4 days agoThere was ABSOLUTELY no bacon at all on my order. I ordered a Baconzilla!® and Garlic Parmesan Loaded Fries with extra bacon. I got a burger SWIMMING in MAYONAISE, so much so that both leaking out of the wrapper and the bun was disintegrared into a wet mush by all the cheese and mayo with ABSOLUTELY NO BACON. The Garlic Parmesan Loaded Fries that I ordered with EXTRA BACON were also swimming in so much sauce and cheese that I almost didnt believe there were any fries underneath the mess that, again, did not include ANY bacon. Close this location since nobody can follow directions, communicate that they are out of bacon, AND NOT ENVELOP EVERY ITEM IN SO MUCH MAYO, CHEESE, AND SAUCE THAT I HAVE TO CONSIDER THE CREATOR OF THIS WET MESS TO A A WEIGHT THAT IS MORE THAN QUADRUPLE THIER I.Q.!!!

• 25-11-28The fry lovers XL came half filled and the strawberry cheesecake bites were instead Philly cheesecake bites. Truly disappointed as was looking forward to something sweet but instead took a bite of nasty meat and cheese.
