their food is very reasonably priced. they accept coupons. the staff, except for 1 female are sooooo nice and kind. I like the baconzilla and my dogs love the big Buford but with cheese and beef only. I've tried almost everything on the menu and have yet to be disappointed.

Ive definitely had better. The drink was amazing. Fried mozzarella was soggy and the loaded fries were not loaded. More than half of my fries didnt have anything on them!

Ordered a fish Crispy Fish Sandwich $3.89, was told at pick up that no fish was available. So I asked for the new brisket melt $3.49. Got home and discovered they had given me the tiniest cheeseburger available, which sells for $1.59. I was still charged $3.89+tax.

Chicken was over cooked, not enough sauce, the lettuce looked old and tasted stale, overall it was a poorly made sandwich which really sucks because it just so happens to be my favorite sandwich on their menu.
The fries were perfect though.

All items cold, Large fry appeared pre-eaten, was less than 10 fries in box & no they didnt spill over in bag- all ice in drink had melted~utterly watery. Burger was just a cold mound of salt.
