Never Misses always taste amazing! Nice size proportions always fresh even with it being delivered. One of my favorite things to order to my house are the chicken wings and the fried catfish!!

The shrimp was soggy & no taste. The snow crab was over cooked & also very watery taking away the taste- over done & soggy. Was very disappointed. Won't try again for the price. The portion amount was very good, plenty of what ordered.

Chicken is too crispy barely any real meat left on it after they fry it so hard , and they give you very small portions of rice and even fewer shrimp when you add it as extra enough to portion over half the rice . They also don't ever give enough duck sauce or no sauce at all other than ketchup when ordering on the app knowing you can't add and sauces on here as an option . The mother that answered the phone is very rude and not helpful when it comes to helping orders that are leaving out even if you call to verify what you would like in the bag even on tipped orders . Not worth the money for the food or services .

Ordered twice the same thing called to make sure they got it right which was chicken and shrimp fried rice that was old , stale the second time with no sauce even when you ask / call for extra . The shrimp is really salty like they poured every seasoning they could find to it . The chicken is too crispy doesn't have enough actual meat on the bone . It may look good but it's not .
