They called to ensure they provided me with the correct order and made sure that my experience was top notch. I bought a lot of different tea to test out what I would like and I have to say that the Osmanthus, Chrysanthemum, and 4 Seasons are TOP NOTCH. The others were great as well, but those are definitely my top pick. The lemonade was PERFECTION with amazing size aloe pieces and perfect bursters!

This time, the coffee bubble tea tasted a bit burnt and more bitter than usual. However, I still really enjoy the coffee bubble tea here overall, as it’s normally very delicious. I believe this may have just been a one-time issue. I also hope you can consider adding a 25% sweet level option to the menu. That would be a great addition!
