I was born and raised in Memphis but live in NY now and every time i come home, i have to get these tamales because they are the BEST I've ever had and I've had them in DC, NY, and Texas!

The 9 Beef Tamales were MUSH and seasoned beef. Portions are fine but at ~$3ea seasoning and supposed hot level left a lot to be desired. The tamales seemed freshly made, not as though they sat under a heat lamp which was very nice. I would not order again, but know that online might not be the best first way to experience a restaurant.

One bite is all it took. Visually appealing, but the masa is fused into the parchment paper and all you really end up with is a tiny greasy log of what I can describe as a very loose slim Jim consistency and tastes just as similar messy waste of $37+. Will not order again. Or feed to the dog.

Order of 9 contained too many tamales that were not fully cooked;the outer layer came off with the paper.

BEST TAMALES EVER!!!! Ordered a couple of days ago and came back to order 2 dozen!!! Perfect everything including my dasher Previous that got it us flawlessly!!! Will order again soon! A++++
