Aomatsu first opened its doors in 1996 in Corvallis, Oregon, with the goal of introducing Asian cuisine to the city and surrounding communities, as well as providing a safe haven for students studying…
Aomatsu is our favorite sushi stop in Corvallis. The ingredients are always fresh, and the flavor is fantastic! If you're not in the mood for sushi, try the jobchae, yakisoba , or teriyaki. We appreciate Aomatsu's copacetic culinary commitment and will continue to support this wonderful family owned establishment.

We eat here often and have never been disappointed in the quality of this sushi. The fish is always very fresh and the rice is just perfect, never crunchy. Highly recommend the Tempura Appetizer to go along with the sushi. So good!

14 dollars for rolls that were less than a half inch. when I eat at the resteraunt they are twice the size. spent 30 dollars for 3 tiny tacos and a few tiny rolls.
food was good but wouldn't even pay 15 dollars for those portions.

The salmon sashimi came in a jewel box type plastic box with a flower and looked awesome. The poké will feed me for more than a day, sooo good. The miso soup is so good that I ordered two.

Great food and the Maguro Poké is awesome. They don't skimp on the protein. Will order again for more sushi. Oh, and their salad dressing is to die for. Yums.
