The basic tastes: sweet, bitter, sour, salty, and umami evolve a person's awareness of taste and flavor. The feeling and flavor of food are only partially influenced by these basic tastes. Smell, text…
I love getting 8 elements when I'm craving comfort food. It tops any other place I've tried specifically the Paneer Makhni I will never get it anywhere else!!. I think there is also a miscommunication going on between DoorDash and 8 Elements as DoorDash does not wait for them to give confirmation. Other than this service is perfect.

This is my favorite southeast Asian restaurant. The Classic Butter Chicken and the Tandoori Chicken Leg are 10/10 for sure!! You can't miss the garlic naan bread when you order. Great portions and I would definitely order again!!

My 1st time here and ordered the Lamb Dum Biryani (Boneless)& Garlic Naan and it was the best Indian food I've ever had! It had a generous portion of lamb and rice was very tasty. Definitely will order again.

This is the best Indian restaurant in the South Bay Area and I have ordered from many of them to know. Their food is non-greasy and flavorful and tastes authentic .... even the Biryani. Highly recommend!

For months, I've ordered from 8th Element and consistently get five cubes of chicken in my order. Everytime I order I wonder, will I get a full meal, or will I get half of what I paid for? It's truly a disappointment since the rest of their food is phenomenal. The spicy cauliflower, Veg Samosa are great, portioned how they should be. But the chicken Tikka Masala is BEYOND a disappointment. You pay $17 for 3/4 of curry and 4-5 cubes of chicken.
