If u from Utica u know Joel's is #1. Portions are great, the food quality is amazing! I've ordered 2 times just this week alone. I'm so glad this restaurant is finally on DoorDash... best Spanish food in Utica period!

the food was horrible. I had roasted chicken and stew chicken. both chicken dishes were dry and over cooked, barely had flavor. it looked messed over , it was stuffed into the container looking like garbage. you can tell that they don't take any pride in the food that they serve to customers. I wasted my $23 smh
