The BBQ Sandwich was good, but there was like a small spot of coleslaw on it that all got eaten in one bite. It wasn't spread out enough

Employees tried to refuse giving us our door dash order because the person that rang up order did not put a name on receipt

Everytime we order we get they give us sweet tea even though we ask for unsweetened. If we door dash or go there. they need to LABEL the tea and pay attention. I love Bojangles but hate how many times we have thrown away the tea because we can't drink it with sugar in it

The chicken on the chicken sandwich was definitely old it was very dark and hard, the macaroni and Bo Berrie biscuits were good though I just wish I had fresh chicken.

I got the Chicken Supremes Combo and they gave me super tiny chicken strips, didn't give me the dipping sauce I order and also shorted me a 1/2 gallon of tea I ordered. Very disappointing.
