The cookies & ice cream are great. However, they got my item wrong (sent a single cookie with ice cream instead of a sandwich) and my husband's item was sold out. Which is fine but they should have called to let us know so he could choose something else. Big time disappointment when we opened the bag and a whole item was missing. He was really looking forward to it.

Best COOKIE Shop in MASSACHUSETTS! Forget corporate "Crumbl". THE COOKIE MONSTAH is my new home for cookies! We ordered a dozen and not one cookie was a disappointment! Choco chip, Salted caramel, Snickerdoodle, sugar cookies..this shop has it all! OUT OF THIS WORLD! Don't waste your calorie intake or hard earned dough on corporate crap or pre packaged garbage...These cookies are that good...go get a MONSTAH cookie to staunch any cravings!
