Love this place. Consistently great food. We're mostly creatures of habit so order same items. Salad is always fresh & crisp & dressing in tangy/light. Noodles are plentiful and pack a subtle heat. Occasionally switch things up and never disappointed.

Its ridiculous how amazing their food is! I love the bursting flavors in everything I've had here. Our go to is the SPICY NOODLES VEGGIE ( GF) Vegan, COCONUT CHICKEN (GF), GARLIC GREEN BEANS W/TOFU, BABAY BOK CHOY W/MUSHROOMS (GF) vegan, COCONUT RICE

Good food, but some items are pricey for what you get. Three strips of catfish (which had chili oil but otherwise weren't very flavorful) and some cabbage for $23? Wings were fantastic. Happy to see more gluten free options around.

Love Teni East! Eating in or delivery the food has been consistently great. The ginger salad & dressing is light & refreshing & nicely offsets the spicy noodles.

Everything here is *so* flavourful thanks to the sauces/curries. This is our third/fourth time getting Teni’s and it hasn’t yet disappointed. My only complaint is that I wish the roti with dip item were cheaper, or that you could get two for a special price. It’s my favourite thing on the menu and I would happily eat two servings as a meal….
(Basil Cumin had a nice spice flavour. Chickpea tofu itself was a little bland imo but the sauce was marvelous, rather similar to the dressing of the kale salad, which I love. Mango lassi was actually not my favourite; I prefer mine more yogurty. Rice is rice.)
