Our three sandwiches were sopping wet from dressings and huge amounts of mayo. One order was completely wrong, and another was so wet it was inedible-- the breads were dripping and the wrap/pocket fell apart.

I received yesterday what was obviously a re-cooked pizza. There's a difference between melted chese and re-cooked cheese. Theres a difference between a crisp crust and a double-cooked crust. I used to like this place.

Third time in a row they've gotten my order wrong. I really like their food and Upton doesn't have many delivery options but when a basic sandwich is wrong 3 times in a row, it causes me to go elsewhere.

My steak and cheese didnt have any cheese on it all and the pocket broke apart. They used regular sugar instead of powdered. So much that we had to scrape it off. Usually they are ok but this time wasn't.
