Unfortunately staff don't put the same effort into orders that are for delivery as they do in person. My Salad had everything on the bottom with so called lettuce thrown on top. I removed the lettuce from the top so I could take a picture. The Burrito Bowl just had everything tossed in there with very little chicken. Poor customer service.

I didnt have alot of meat inside of my bowl and the meat i did have was burnt tasting or very chewy the rice was half cooked i had hard pieces and soft pieces the whole bowl wasnt good at all and i wanted over 20$ on it.

I’m honestly getting pretty disappointed with Chipotle. This is now the 3rd time I’ve received chips that are stale. At this point, it’s not just a one-time mistake—it’s becoming a pattern.
On top of that, the guacamole I received this time did not taste fresh at all. It had a weird/funny taste and I ended up not being able to eat it.
I’m paying for fresh food, and I shouldn’t have to keep throwing it away because the chips are stale and the guac doesn’t taste fresh. I really hope Chipotle looks into the quality control at this location because this has happened to me multiple times now.

I order from here A LOT. Today will be my last time. My bowl was slopped together. Romaine lettuce end cuts just spreaded across my food as a filler from the rest of ingredients. Whoever worked line should be replaced. A waste of money, chips were stale too.

We were pretty happy with most of our order. The Kid's Quesadilla boxes were covered in guacamole which is interesting since we didnt order any. Then this Burrito is literally so tiny it's actually funny. Whoever wrapped this burrito went out oftheir way to make it small lol i can't believe it was $14 for this. I added a can to the picture for scale.
