Chimney Rock is top-shelf in quality all around.
The traditional thin-crust ‘Rock’ pizza is just that -- consistently good (though could stand a tad more sauce for my liking).
But the Artisan pizza is where the real action is. If you’re an aficionado of pizza, you owe it to yourself to try one. Every thing about it really is quite singular.
Whether enjoying at home or eating onsite, the Chimney Rock Inn...er... delivers.

Brisket and pulled pork portions very disappointing. 2 tiny strips of beef and a little cup of pork that might be 2 bites. Ribs dont have sauce, not sure if they're supposed to be like that but they dont look like a dry rub either. Rice very small for $5. Everything else okay.

The chicken in the Mayan chicken sandwich was paper thin and only about 2/3 the size of the bun. Poor quality sandwich. Would Not order again.
