I thought I ordered a regular burger but I ordered the double big Carl and it was huge! And sooo good! I normally get a Big Mac from Mc Donalds but their burgers are so tiny now and more expensive and not as tasty. The fries were still hot when delivered : )

this is the second or third time this location gave me part of a wrong order. I paid for a large and got a medium or small and the drink is wrong too. I ordered a sprite (I can't really do dark sodas) and got maybe a coke or something.

Milkshakes were only half full. Cup tops were on tight and sealed. It was obvious that they didn't spill in transit. They left restaurant like that.

The star nuggets were so hard not close to fresh. I love carls but I was disappointed and the fries were def not fresh either. And the driver got here in no time so it couldn't be because he tok long cuz he didn't.
