GF Pizza crust wasn't cooked well - floppy and had the texture of a cheap frozen pizza. Toppings & cheese were barely cooked/melted. Side salad was mediocre at best and NOT worth $10. Having walked past this place many times previously and seeing how busy it generally is I expected more but was pretty let down. Lesson learned.

My several previous orders of PYO Pizza.^ were delicious with very few ingredients like white sauce, gorgonzola, chevre cheese, bacon bits, sausage, black olives, sometimes with bell pepper, tomatoes and Italian herbs. The combination was very tasty and I could taste the two cheeses but recently, they are getting stingy on the cheeses. It's dry, I could not even taste the gorgonzola, and to think I chose a very minimum number of ingredients.

Food is good but 1) the salad dressing isn't what they give you in the actual restaurant . It's a different kind each time I order. Pizza arrives cold every time I order from here yet we live directly across the street a hop skip and a jump away. I'm giving 3 stars because pizza is good but this happens every time I order it.
