They missed an item from my order (miso soup in my Sushi and Sashimi order, but would tell me to come and pick it up (I live 30 blocks north) or offer to give me a store credit (without verifying my name or info). When I ask for a partial refund, it's a hard no without any apology or make-up for the order. There are other Sushi places in the neighborhood that would try to address their mistakes--not going to order at Miyako again.

The Kani salad was fresh but more of a cucumber salad. Everything else was delicious and again fresh.
