Burgers were good , fries were hot, onion rings were great everything was nicely made and packed well. The root beer was completely flat with no ice.

the root beer was flat and the poutine was really bad, the fries were barely just cooked, not enough sauce and it was half full :( worst order I've had from a&w doesn't make me want to order again.

the food here is fine, and they are always consistent with the quality at this location.
what I will never understand, is that they use paper straws to reduce plastic, but at the same time send 2 plastic lids per drink, and the travel lid leaks more anyways than the normal lids do from other restaurants. please, cut this out

I've ordered the Beyond Meat Burger Combo before and thoroughly enjoyed it. This experience was much different. The burger was soft and resembled the texture of refried beans...not a patty. secondly, I ordered Poutine and Onion Rings as sides and for some reason received 2 orders of Onion Rings and no Poutine. Of course that solution is a refund, which does not fulfill the order, really disappointed your employees can't differentiate an order of Poutine from an order of Onion Rings
