Hat Yai Fried Chx, Chx Pad Thai and Thai Dumplings = chef kiss. Chicken in both dishes is tender, moist and flavorful- hard for many restaurants to achieve, but his fab little place consistently serves up delicious goodness. Excellent all the way round, every single time.
p.s. the Hat Yai & dumpling photos have some food missing- family had already dug in. Like a pack of dogs.

The 09. Hat Yai Fried Chicken is some of the best chicken I've had, so moist and flavorful and you get a good bit of meat compared to the slightly sweet rice I got. The Taiyaki is perfectly sweet and the cake is the texture of perfect pancakes and the red bean is not too strong bean taste and well blended.

This little place never disappoints. Ramen, potstickers, crispy pork, etc., all flavorful and cooked to perfection. My 5yr old picky eater will eat his usual egg roll or dumpling and steal bites of other food off our plates. He's never been an adventurous eater, but maybe there's hope. There are many food options on this menu and delivery is so fast and well packaged. Love!

15. Vegan Ramen was completely lacking in flavor. For a $16 bowl of ramen there should at least be some goddamn salt in it. Felt like it was missing a nice miso base or even vegetable stock. Couple piece of tofu, couple pieces of cauliflower, and a small serving of noodles. Would be much better off making this at home especially considering the price point. Vegan food shouldn't be bland.
Loved all the ingredients, hated the execution
The Thai Ice Teaand Butterfly Pea Tea were delicious however, and I would gladly recommend either.

The tonkatsu is my favorite there. They always give you a lot of broth so you can use half and save half for the next day. It stores decently in the way that the flavor doesn't get ruined.
I've been faithful to this shop for years and they're always very kind and professional in their service. The food is always hot and ready to eat. I've never disliked something I've eaten from there. 10/10 would recommend.
