I love City Barbeque. They never disappoint and I've never had a bad bite from them including their bread. I ordered a City Sampler and got it with Brisket, Turkey, Pulled Chicken, and Chipotle barbeque. They had sold out of Brisket and the turkey but gave me almost a whole chicken and their sausages. It was delicious! They gave me some complimentary bottled drinks too. The food was so good. The chicken was juicy and smokey and the skin was crispy and delicious. The sausages had a great snap and such a delicious smokey garlicky flavor. Yum!!! I never had their Chipotle barbeque but it's a mix of rib meat, brisket, and pulled pork and it's amazing. I love that their barbeque is not laden in barbeque sauce. All of their sides are great. This time I got potato salad and green beans. The Chili Mac and Cheese was amazing!!! The chicken Smoked & Fried Wings were great but the half chicken is better. Expensive, but barbecue is and it's worth it!!

Everything was delicious! The hushpuppies were perfectly crunchy on the outside & soft on the inside. The mac & cheese tasted like homemade. Cornbread was so yummy. I ordered the pork naked (no bun) with the sweet sauce and it was mouthwatering. It really satisfied my craving. And of course, the banana pudding! There's nothing better! Great job, City Barbeque! I will be a repeat customer.

First I would give 6 stars for my entire order which included 1 whole slab of ribs that was very warm and very meaty. The Mac and cheese was creamy and warm and the Texas Toast was warm. Didn't have to heat up anything. The chocolate Chip Cookies was lip smacking good. Very happy

Portions are decent in size for the money.
BBQ is unique in the fact that it does not typically travel well, it is meant to be eaten once served/carved.
Everything arrived warm, fresh, and well-packaged. All requested condiments, buns, and cutlery were included.
The portions were a decent size for the money. However, the food really left me disappointed.
The meat was totally lacking in the flavor/seasoning department. The pulled pork in my opinion was very dry and lacked any flavor. I've found grocery store microwavable pulled pork that was more satisfying.
The sides were equally disappointing. The coleslaw lacked dressing, and in return flavor. The mac and cheese is dried out and lacks that "rich" cheese sauce you'd expect. I've had better in the hospital or from a box on the stove.
The cornbread was the straw that broke the camel's back. It was incredbly dense, yet had the flavor of literal cardboard. Even cinnamon butter from home could not salvage it.
I would likely skip reordering here again. It was far too disappointing and flavorless for me. It lacked so much flavor it was depressing. I truly had high hopes for this spot.
While it is possible I got a bad/off day, I'd give it one more chance if the restaurant made right on the prior poor experience.

Everything was amazing as usual!!! Brisket was fatty and deliciously seasoned. Ribs were on point. Love the corn pudding and green beans with bacon. The beans are so good you don't even really need the bacon but it's salty and seasoned perfectly. I love their hush puppies too. Had a City Sampler that had shredded chicken that was moist and delicious and turkey that was seasoned so well and smoked perfectly. I've never had anything I didn't like. It's expensive but it's a great treat. So freaking good!!
