the pretzels were perfectly warm and fresh. the Beer Cheese LTO was so savory.Not only fresh but Bucket of Bites was packaged perfectly.
Definitely would order again.

Gave us stale, crunchy, old pretzels. My wifes cup is leaking, they only gave us one straw for 2 drinks, and our entire order is once again crunchy an stale. I won't be getting this again. Aunt Ann's is SO much better. We really need an actual pretzel place because this is atrocious.

It was yum! I am so thankful y'all remade it when I heard it was burnt. That's so wonderful that y'all try! It's always fresh and good and the portions are always a hit without being too much, so just know I will always come back. We stan a good glizzy.

I ordered 2 orders of the 6 pretzel stick combos, an additional 22 oz drink(cherry Pepsi), and 2 extra cheese sauces. The pretzels were burnt on the bottom, and the drink was flat( all I could taste was carbonation). I'm very disappointed!
