Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries®. fries were old and salty. I requested no salt and they gave me salt. The fries were not fresh at all. I would not order again. Chick-fil-A Cool Wrap® was ok the Side Salad the lettuce was hanging out the container and was shelter also but again my Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® was not good at all and I am sad.

The Middletown store insist in only filling the parfait 1/2 way even when you complain.
All other locations fill to top. We have now filed complaint with local corp and corp

I NEVER thought I would be leaving a negative review of this business. The large mac n cheese was barely half full. I am not a greedy person but it was not shareable. My spicy chicken sandwich was burnt. Besides looking burnt, it tasted burnt and smelled like old oil.
