The best sushi in studio sushi! The CBS Roll is one of their most popular for a reason. And their Salmon Sushi is alwys so fresh- I add extra extra wasabi for that kick

Took over an hour to get 3 sushi dishes made for pick up which is pretty wild for a place half full. Arrived and wasn't greeted for about 5 minutes. No fault of the serving team. They seem understaffed overall.

Just know the meat portion of the dinner combo is TINY--I was highly disappointed (see picture). This was supposed to be the teriyaki salmon dinner. Did they confuse it with lunch? Also note that the teriyaki sauce comes on the side so if you thought it was a delicious, marinated salmon...think again. Its a kids size of dry salmon with some sauce to add yourself :(

There should be Ingredients listed on menu. Not a “standard Alaskan roll” but actually a baked salmon roll and not fresh salmon. Very different.
