I paid for extra Oreo in the Oreo OREO® BLIZZARD® Treat and only the tophalf had Oreo. I got HEATH® BLIZZARD® Treat with extra cookie dough pieces and I only had a thin layer at the top with heath, and maybe 4 pieces of cookie dough.
