nice food, hard working employees, 100%. BUT. making drivers walk through the mall for orders kinda sucks. this is a message to the people in charge, specifically. i recommend you take this location off the map, especially since the mall traffic is likely already enough to deal with.

I've ordered from Sbarro many times before and the food was always very good, but then I only ordered individual pizza slices. Yesterday I wanted to provide dinner for a family get together and, after hyping this place up to them and setting their expectations high, these guys seriously let me down. I ordered 2 whole pan pizzas and the dough was undercooked for both. They also skimped on the toppings and used either too few or the quality wasn't great (canned mushrooms---seriously?). Doubt I'll order again.

If you order Mike's Hot Honey, they give you jalapeño ranch instead has happened to me twice now.
